Speaker Bios
Michael Melenovsky is a Director in Gartner Research. He provides a leadership role in Business Process Management for Gartner with particular focus on best practices. He delivers a clear understanding to senior managers of Business Process Management’s strategic importance to business.Prior to joining Gartner, Mr. Melenovsky was Managing Director and founder of a boutique consulting firm focused on advising North American technology companies seeking partnerships in Asia Pacific. As a proven leader and visionary, Mr. Melenovsky held senior positions throughout his career. At IDC he led the firm’s worldwide services and vertical markets research groups. At Rockwell International he led the start-up of customer services operations for the industrial automation group and served on corporate strategic planning.
Mr. Melenovsky earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, studied for his Masters in Business Administration at the University of Hartford, and most recently completed courses at Harvard Business School with Leading Cfhange and Organizational Renewal.
Michael Forster, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer As CEO, Michael drives the corporate strategy and vision for CommerceQuest. Michael has a unique industry perspective from both the large, established company, as well as from the entrepreneurial environment. With more than three decades of operational experience, he brings a pragmatic approach to problem solving. Presently, Michael serves as a Chairman of the Board for CommerceQuest, Inc. Additionally, he holds a board seat on 5 other entrepreneurial companies operating in the business to business sector of eCommerce. Mr. Forster is also a managing director at Internet Capital Group, headquartered in Wayne,PA.
