Diane LeBeau, Principal Business Architect – Enterprise Architecture, United Airlines Results-driven leader with 30 years’ airline experience in customer service operations, end user training, project management and business impact analysis. Skilled as an internal consultant in analyzing operations, implementing processes and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency. Experienced in facilitation, change management and leadership. Currently responsible for developing and maintaining the business architecture practice within Enterprise Architecture with a focus on aligning Business and IT strategies ensuring traceability to programs, projects and results.
Diana E. Krohn, Sr. Enterprise Architect, United Airlines
Diana Krohn is a Senior Enterprise Architect in Information Technology at United Airlines. Diana assisted in establishing the company’s first Business Architecture team in 2008. On the team, she is responsible for process modeling, portfolio analysis, road mapping, business impact analysis, and business analyst competency development. Prior to her current assignment, Diana held positions in industrial engineering, business analysis, and process improvement. Diana received a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
