These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of BrainStorm Group, Inc’s (BSG) community of networks including BPMInstitute.org, BAInstitute.org, and DBizInstitute.org (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) online training services, website, and related content. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

  1. Use of Services

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age.

1.2. User Accounts: You may need to create an account to access certain features of our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

  1. Payment and Refunds

2.1. Pricing: The prices for our training programs and services are listed on our website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, and such changes will not affect ongoing contracts.

2.2. Payment: Payment is due upon enrollment in a training program. We accept various payment methods, as specified on our website.

2.3. Refunds: BSG will accept substitute registrants at any time or gladly transfer the registration to another BSG event, for any course that has not been started or attended. No refunds are given.

3.1. Ownership: All content and materials provided in our training programs are the property of BSG and are protected by intellectual property laws.

3.2. License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our training materials for personal, non-commercial use only.

4.1. Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to engage in any conduct that violates these Terms or applicable laws, including but not limited to harassment and infringement of intellectual property rights.

7.2. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

7.3 Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of our certificate programs and are confident that we will meet or exceed your expectations. That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee for all of our participants. If after completing one of our courses you aren’t completely satisfied, we’ll offer you another course of equal value at no additional cost to you. Just let us know within 30 days of completing the course.
