This two-day course provides in-depth practical knowledge and skills to business analysts who wish to become adept in using an agile approach in software development. It provides the context to put the philosophy, the approach and the methodology of agile software development presented in Agile 101 and The BA Role In Agile into action on a practical basis. It provides participants with the skills to develop user stories, story decomposition, story mapping and analysis wall management as well as other techniques that are essential to agile business analysis. Participants also will learn about selected special concepts including business intelligence and data issues, context shifting and KANBAN card management. A review of many traditional BA techniques appropriate to agile and the context in which they should be employed is also conducted.
