Ruth Nimrod has more than 15 years of experience in software development and services. Ms. Nimrod joined Transaction Systems Architects, Inc. (TSA) in 1987, and served as Project Director at TSA’s various business units, including Grapevine Systems, Inc., ACI Worldwide and Insession Technologies. Ms. Nimrod provided key roles in business consulting, project management, resource management and process improvement. As Project Director, she acted as a primary liaison between customers, suppliers and senior management, ensuring seamless project implementations and flawless system and application design. Ms. Nimrod has successfully orchestrated and implemented numerous projects in manufacturing, online services, interactive content applications, international Internet banking applications and business process management (BPM) applications. For the last five years, Ms. Nimrod worked on a global platform helping organizations define their BPM requirements and implement their BPM applications. Through this tenure, Ms. Nimrod gained a vast knowledge of best practices and modeling methods for business processes spanning numerous industries. She is currently Chief Technology Officer at Workpoint LLC, a Planet Group, Inc. company.
Mike Benson, President & COO, Workpoint
Mike Benson has 36 years of experience in all aspects of software development, marketing and distribution. In 1979, after nine years in IBM® software development, Mr. Benson joined Applied Communications Inc. (ACI), and held several technical and management positions, including Director of BASE24-atm® Development. In 1986, Mr. Benson founded Grapevine Systems, Inc. where he held operating positions, including Vice President of Development and Vice President of Marketing. Following the acquisition of Grapevine Systems in 1998 by ACI’s holding company, Transaction Systems Architects, Inc., (TSA) Mr. Benson initiated and directed the acquisition and operation of Workpoint as Vice President, Enterprise Automation for the Insession Technologies Division of TSA. In November 2002, Mr. Benson left this position and founded Blue Sky Mobile Technology LLC, a Microsoft® software development company. In September 2006, Mr. Benson teamed with Planet Group, Inc. to acquire the Workpoint BPM Suite from TSA and to establish Workpoint LLC, a Planet Group, Inc. company.
