Mr. Morgenthal was CTO for XMLSolutions/Vitria and Ikimbo and Chief Solutions Architect for Software AG. In addition, Mr. Morgenthal was a leading industry analyst on XML, Java and EAI. In each of these roles, Mr. Morgenthal directly participated in the sales process and often was instrumental in closing the sale. As Managing Director of Avorcor, Mr. Morgenthal runs the acquisition process for new service customers in the SOA market.

At VIP, Dan is focused on rewiring the company’s technical infrastructure and business practices encompassing Point-of-Sale, Inventory Management, Replenishment, Distribution Center Operations, Human Resources, and Finance. With a business process management consulting background at Coopers & Lybrand Dan has also held senior Information Technology positions at Xerox, Timberland, Hit or Miss, and Syratech. Dan has over 20 years of experience in business process modeling and simulation, object oriented analysis and design, rapid application development, and legacy conversions.
